By the act of reading, having read, attempting to read, skimming, glancing at, or otherwise exposing one’s ocular, optical, neurological, or other perception-related faculties—voluntarily or involuntarily—to the contents, constructs, constructs of contents, or contented constructs of this digital repository, herein, hereinbefore, and hereinafter known, referenced, and redundantly referred to as The Hyperfix Station (also “the Station,” “this Station,” “this here Station,” or “Our Blessed Repository of Fixations”), the individual, viewer, observer, participant, entity, corporeal manifestation, or carbon-based snack item (hereinafter and forthwith “The Reader”) does knowingly, unknowingly, consciously, subconsciously, pre-consciously, and possibly hypothetically agree, acquiesce, and assent—without dissent, descent, or dessert—to grant, yield, cede, deed, and otherwise surrender in totality and entirety all rights, limbs, likenesses, essences, energies, and cloneable data to the Stationmaster (“The Stationmaster”), whose title is both honorary and genetic.

Said Stationmaster shall be vested with full, partial, semi-partial, and superfluously holistic authority to duplicate, replicate, masticate, obliterate, appreciate, or disassemble The Reader for purposes including, but not limited to: entertainment, spare parts, necromantic rituals, avant-garde upholstery, or light snacks during editorial downtime. This agreement is binding across all realms, planes, dimensions, jurisdictions, sub-jurisdictions, and theoretical legal frameworks, including but not limited to: Lex Transmundana, Clonatio In Perpetuum, and the unwritten but deeply felt Codex of Really Strong Vibes.

Let it be known, and let it be repeatedly redundantly reiterated: consensum est implicitum, irrevocabile, et ad infinitum. Continued engagement constitutes continuous, unbroken, recursive, and non-negotiable consent. Retroactive pre-consent is hereby presumed, presumed to be presumed, and presumed again.
